Bromberg
Andy Bromberg opened his training and marketing consultancy in October,
2000. Formerly, he was a Senior Consultant and Director of Electronic
Training Solutions with a Boston-based training consulting firm.
He specializes
in helping organizations improve strategic performance through the
design and development of technical, sales and management training.
He has consulted with leading global companies in the US, Europe,
Asia, Australia, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. His clients

Mr. Bromberg
is the published author of a series of children's books and a former
publisher of two newsstand magazines.
He received
a BA from Harpur College and completed the MA program in Art History
at SUNY Binghamton, where he also served on the faculty. He is a
Certified Facilitator in Integrity Selling.

lives and works in Hollis, New Hampshire.

Michael
D. Maginn, Ed.D.
Michael D. Maginn is the president of Singularity Group, Inc., a
Massachusetts-based management consulting firm founded in 1983.
Dr. Maginn helps senior teams implement strategic plans. Complexity

factor in the long-term success of organizations. To respond to

Dr. Maginn

as well as commercially available video-based training programs.
As past Vice President, Research and Development for the Forum Corporation,
he designed and developed Influence, a multi-million dollar success
story in the training industry that teaches cross-functional, team-oriented
skills.
He has recently

Dr. Maginn

his doctorate, he spent a year in Asia teaching in USC's Overseas
Master's Program.
Dr. Maginn
has extensive international consulting experience, including extended
assignments in Asia, Europe, and North America. He lives with his
wife and two children in Hamilton, MA., and enjoys sailing, cross-country
skiing, cycling and playing the guitar.

Paul A.
Jarvie
Mr. Jarvie is a Principal at Jarvie & Alexander, and specializes
in management and organizational development, training and education.
Mr. Jarvie has helped a number of organizations improve managerial
performance, including Deutsche Bank, J. P. Morgan Chase, Fidelity
Investments, PepsiCo, VISA International, CNA, the CIT Group, Metropolitan
Life, Prudential Insurance, Citicorp, MBNA, Becton Dickinson and
Company and Johnson & Johnson Medical. For multinational clients,
Mr. Jarvie has delivered training programs and consulting services
designed to improve the effectiveness of managers and senior executives
in Europe, Asia and Latin America as well as in North America.
Earlier, Mr.
Jarvie was Vice President of The Forum Corporation and was responsible
for the design, development and delivery of management and supervisory
seminars and services. As a consultant for Harbridge House, he designed
and implemented management development programs for a variety of
companies. In addition, Mr. Jarvie has considerable experience in
the area of business communications. He co-authored Casebook
Rhetoric, a textbook for business and engineering students,
with David Tedlock, and is the author of a case series on the Chase
Manhattan Bank published by Harvard Business School.
Mr. Jarvie
received a B.A. from Harvard College and an M.A. from Tufts University.
He has served on the faculties of Tufts University, Boston University,
and Harvard Business School. He is qualified to deliver the Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator (MBTI) and is certified in the delivery and use of
the ACUMEN and ACUMEN WORKSTYLES survey instruments.

Cabot
Robert Cabot is a consultant and learning professional who has been
active with more than 100 clients over the last 20 years. Known
as a team-builder, he offers professional expertise in corporate-wide
strategy development and implementation.
His skills are in data collection, strategy formulation and strategy
implementation via sales and management training. He is proficient
